Eligibility: At Side chic clothing exchanges are accepted within 7 working days after delivery for size issues or manufacturing faults.

We only provide free exchange one time,However if you wish to exchange again there’s a reverse pickup fee of Rs 150/-

Process: We will arrange a pickup from your address to make the exchange process hassle-free. After recieving the product back and Qc. Desired size or product will be dispatched.
Stock Unavailability: If the product is out of stock, you may choose another product or receive store credit redeemable anytime.

No Returns/Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Size Concerns: If you are unsure about your size, please share your measurements or a picture of yourself via Instagram DM. Our size expert will assist you to ensure a perfect fit.
